Right now the extension is strongest for input. You notice a line, click a word, and save vocabulary. The missing step is immediate output while the scene is still in working memory.
I want a compact speaking lane beside the active subtitle: replay the line, shadow it once, then answer with my own sentence. Even a simple timer plus quick self-rating would make the extension feel like a full study loop rather than a lookup tool.
This would be especially valuable for German because so much of the challenge is sentence framing in the moment, not only isolated word knowledge.
